Usually I go to the movie theatres to the Strip, which takes about 50 minutes for me to drive over there with my parents, but I could actually walk here and go on my bike, and I’m pretty excited for that. Of course, with the announcement that Maya Cinemas was coming in, we’ve seen people who are now, they’re considering, and they’re bringing their own investment into the downtown area. We’ve been able to see growth in a few of their projects starting with the very first one in Salinas, and then in Bakersfield, and now in North Las Vegas, where not only have we seen their business grow, but they have been a catalyst in each of those communities to not only have their project make a difference in the community, but to attract other capital into areas of need. This relationship with Maya Cinemas is really what Wells Fargo is all about. Tracy Burton, Wells Fargo Wholesale Banking: Magic, mystery, myth, movies, Maya Cinemas. We’re very happy that Wells Fargo joined up with us to make this happen. The new development is going to fill up this area, and we’re proud to be a part of it. We know that it promotes economic development. We know that this kind of an activity, this kind of a project, is transformative. There’s not a lot of opportunity or locations for children really in the entire valley, so anytime community partners come together and make a place for our children, there can only be good things to come from that. I think Maya Cinemas is going to be so wonderful, giving them somewhere else. This place is really good, actually, one of the best movie theaters I’ve ever been. We are now in the development stages of bringing a traditional downtown to North Las Vegas, and so we’re excited about the opportunity of growing our community, make sure we get good strong companies here to be our business partners, and then, to let that the residents of North Las Vegas enjoy the benefits of that. Maya Cinemas is probably the cornerstone of what we’re going to do in the next five years in North Las Vegas. This part of North Las Vegas, this part of the valley, is about 70 percent Hispanic, and that’s about the highest concentration of Hispanics in the entire state of Nevada. Many of the residents who live here in North Las Vegas, they actually work in downtown Las Vegas and on the Strip.
